Users who request background verification services must:

• Obtain clear, written authorization from the individual before requesting verification services.
• Comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the use of consumer reports.
• Retain authorization documentation and provide it to Argus Verify upon request.
• Use reports only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Argus Verify reserves the right to deny services to any client found violating these compliance requirements.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Argus Verify, its employees, officers, affiliates, contractors, and third-party providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, or legal actions arising from:

• Any failure to comply with FCRA or other applicable laws.
• Any unauthorized access, sharing, or misuse of reports.
• Claims or disputes initiated by your applicants, employees, customers, or third parties regarding background reports. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your use of our services.

All content on the Website, including text, logos, and software, is the property of Argus Verify or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Users may not:
